Danger in the workplace, Will Robinson!
While waiting for my hot water to heat up in the microwave the other day, I happened to look at the bulletin board in our office kitchen. Posted on the bulletin board was our monthly occupational injury and illness report:

But they didn't take any days off work though, according to the chart.
I accidentally stabbed myself with an unusally sharp pencil at work and it was a pain to report.
