I wrote about this structure down the street way back in May of last year. And, amazingly, someone bought the thing and actually started renovating it immediately. Work has been going on nearly every day since June. What a difference. You can barely tell it's the same building. Soon, we might not live on the ugliest block on Capitol Hill.
